I. ORDERING PROTOCOLAll prospective candidates [you] are to complete the below requisition form [Recommended] or transmit a missive [email] to [email protected]
Only duly submitted requests shall be processed by the Master Artisan Tobey [me].
II. PAYMENT EDICTPayment shall be made through the sanctioned mechanism of PayPal.
Upon the acceptance of a commission request, an invoice—verified by the Administratum—will be issued. Work shall only commence upon receipt of full payment, as per decree.
III. TIME OF COMPLETIONThe Master Artisan will provide an estimated timeframe for the completion of your commission, subject to the month’s workload and the blessings of the Omnissiah.
If specific deadlines [e.g., for sacred birthdays or celebratory rites] are required, the clients must consult the Master Artisan prior to the approval of the commission.
IV. REVISIONS MANDATEClients are granted II opportunities for revisions to the commissioned work. Additional revisions will incur supplementary charges as deemed appropriate by the Master Artisan.
V. CANCELLATION AND REFUND CLAUSECancellation requests shall be reviewed individually.
Should circumstances beyond the Master Artisan's control impede the completion of a commission, a full refund shall be issued.
Completed and approved works are exempt from any refund process, as per decree.
VI. COMMERCIAL USAGEAll commissioned works are for personal use unless pre-approved for commercial use.
Usage rights for commercial purposes may be purchased for an additional cost. Unauthorized commercial use is heresy.
VII. MODEL RELEASE AGREEMENTBy transmitting your likeness for use in the commission, you grant the Master Artisan, Tobey Tobella, the right to utilise your image for the sole purpose of completing the commission.
VIII. AUTHOR’S RIGHTSThe Master Artisan Tobey Tobella retains certain author rights over all completed works, including but not limited to displaying the piece within their portfolio or on public channels unless the contrary is agreed.
Requests for non-disclosure must be explicitly agreed upon before the commission begins.
When sharing the completed work on social media, the Master Artisan expects to be credited appropriately, ensuring more brothers can join the cause.
IX. CONDEMNATION OF NFT & AI USAGEThe Master Artisan prohibits the minting of NFTs, resale, or inclusion of commissioned works in any blockchain or AI-related project. This prohibition extends to all commissioned and non-commissioned works.
100% hand painted no AI is ever used in the process of making SMMe.
X. GAMES WORKSHOP INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY COMPLIANCEThe Master Artisan acknowledges that Space Marines, Warhammer 40k imagery, and associated references are the property of Games Workshop Ltd. No challenge is made to the rightful ownership of these trademarks or intellectual properties.
